I often work the Saturday or Sunday shift at work. It's usually quiet and I'm often the only one on. Because I'm the only one on and I'm a rather social person, weekend shifts tend to be very isolating and boring. I could use the time to get school work done, but I've always had difficulty doing that for work-ethic reasons. Even though my supervisors are fine with me doing homework when it's quiet, it always feels wrong working on things other than what I'm being paid to do.

Post-Reading Break
The reading break here up at SFU was rather nice. The weather, for the most part, was pretty good. I worked a little bit, studied some old material in CMPT 300, met up with a few friends for lunch and dinner, and I slept a lot. I probably should have gotten more things done, but I'm surprised I accomplished what I did considering your brain is telling you to NOT DO ANYTHING for the whole week :)

Job Fair
Well, the move went well. Thank you to my friends who helped me. Today is the start of a two-day job fair at SFU. It's a tech-based fair with a lot of different companies I've never head of before. So, I guess it will be a good opportunity to practice my networking skills.
